1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is SIA "Ice MIXTURE", registration number 41503079989, production address: Jēkabpils iela 12, Riga, LV-1003 (also "we" or "Ledu.lv").

2. What data we process

To place and fulfil an order we process: your name or company name, phone number, email address, delivery address, the contents of your order and the payment method.

For companies choosing invoice payment we additionally process company details: name, registration number and legal address.

When you visit the website, technical data is processed: IP address, browser type and pages viewed. We use this data to keep the site running and secure.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Taking orders, delivering and settling payments: processing is necessary to conclude and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Preparing and storing accounting documents: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and the Latvian Accounting Law).

Communication about your order, replies to enquiries and customer support: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We send commercial messages only with your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Retention periods

We keep order and delivery data for 3 years after the order is fulfilled, so that possible claims can be resolved.

We keep accounting source documents for 5 years as required by the Latvian Accounting Law.

We keep correspondence history (emails, messages) for no longer than 2 years after the last contact.

5. Recipients of data

We share data only to the extent needed to provide the service: with couriers for delivery, with accounting and IT service providers, and with payment processors for card payments.

All our partners process data solely on our instructions and under written agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.

6. Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies that keep the cart working and remember your language choice. These cookies do not track your activity on other websites.

If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise your rights, write to info@ledu.lv. We will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe our processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at ledu.lv. We will announce material changes on the website or by email.
