An elegant, crystal-clear collins spear cut to sit perfectly in a highball glass. One spear fills the glass top to bottom, chills evenly and keeps the drink tasting right down to the last sip.

The collins spear is the long-drink classic: Gin & Tonic, Japanese-style Highball, a tall Mojito, Tom Collins. Compared with a scoop of small cubes, a single vertical spear leaves more room for the drink, looks immaculate in clear glassware and melts far slower thanks to its low surface area.
Each spear is cut from a slow-frozen block of filtered water at our factory in central Riga, so it is completely transparent, free of trapped air and off-flavours. The precise 4x4 cm profile fits most standard 350-400 ml highball glasses.
One kilogram holds roughly five spears. They arrive in insulated packaging, separated and ready to serve. Keep them in a freezer and pull them out right before pouring.
